How do I schedule?
Text or call (602) 903-5064 for a free 15 minute phone consult. In that call we will talk through what you are looking for, make sure we are a good fit, and choose a time. You can also email SteadyPointCounseling@gmail.com.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. I am currently taking new clients Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are available. If your preferred time is not available, I can add you to a short waitlist.
What if I am new to therapy?
That is completely okay. In the first session we talk about what brings you in and what you hope will change. I share a simple plan. You set the pace.
What if I am not good at sharing feelings?
You do not have to be. Many clients start there. We will find words together and practice small steps that feel doable.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Fifteen minutes by phone so you can ask questions and get a feel for fit.
Do you meet in person or online?
I currently meet by secure video with clients in Arizona. If you prefer in person, mention that and we can talk about options.
Do you take insurance?
I do not bill insurance. I can provide a superbill for possible out of network reimbursement if your plan allows it.
What is the session fee and length?
Sessions are 50 minutes. The fee is 135 dollars.

Credit and debit cards, HSA, and FSA.
Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions are billed at the full fee.
When do you recommend other services?
If a different level of care or a specialized service is a better fit, I will share referrals.
